Yes, as long as the image or photo is included in a PDF file. All orders are printed on high-end laser printers, which gives good everyday quality but not the same result as a specialised photo printer with high-end photo paper. For best possible photo quality we recommend using a dedicated photo printing service.

We accept PDF files. If your document is in another format, such as a Word file, you need to convert it to PDF before uploading. You can read more about this on our page about converting to PDF.
We print documents on A3 (420 × 297 mm), A4 (297 × 210 mm) or A5 (148.5 × 210 mm) paper.
We offer several paper options in A3, A4 and A5 size. Our default printing paper is an environmentally friendly A4-paper (80 gsm).
In addition to our default paper we also offer:
- Hole punched paper (A4 80 gsm)
- Premium paper (A4 100 gsm)
- Thick premium paper (A4 160 gsm)
- Extra thick premium paper (A4 300 gsm)
- Thick Premium paper A3(A3 160 gsm)
- Standard paper A5(A5 80 gsm)
- Thick Premium paper A5(A5 160 gsm)
- Self-adhesive label paper (A4)
The exact price for each paper option is shown during the order flow. For best possible printing quality - especially for photos or heavy colour - we recommend choosing one of our premium options.
We offer three ways to have your documents bound together after printing:
- Stapling - we put a staple in the top left corner
- Spiral binding - we spiral bind your document(s) with a black plastic spiral
- Hole punched paper - select to print on hole punched paper and use it with any binder of your choice
Yes - you can choose single-sided (simplex) or double-sided (duplex) printing.
For duplex printing you can select "flip on long edge" (usually best for portrait documents) or "flip on short edge" (which can be better for landscape documents or A5 booklets).
To create an A5 booklet, upload a PDF with two landscape A4 pages to be folded.
You need to place the content in the correct order (front/back on page one, inside spread on page two). Keep at least a 5 mm margin all around, choose actual size (no scaling) to have the layout properly centered, and select double-sided printing with flipping along the short edge. If you want us to fold it for you, select the folding option as your after-treatment.
We always print in colour when the uploaded document contains colours.
Our printers cannot print all the way to the edge of the sheet. We do not trim the paper, so if your PDF includes bleed or crop marks, those will appear on the printed sheet.

Yes - upload your PDF and choose our self-adhesive paper option to have it printed on our label paper.
Yes - we can laminate your prints. Just select lamination as your after treatment and we will laminate each sheet after printing.
Yes - our website is mobile-friendly, so you can place and manage your print order directly from your smartphone, as long as you have access to the files you want to print.
We offer two shipping options:
- Mail - delivery by regular mail. Estimated delivery time varies depending on your location but is normally around 2-6 business days.
- Trackable priority package - we print your order with priority and ship as a trackable package. Shipping time is normally around 2-4 business days.
You can only modify your order if it hasn't been printed yet. If you need to cancel or modify your order - please contact us immediately and we will check if modification or cancellation it still possible.
Since all prints are produced specifically for each customer, we do not offer cancellation or refunds on orders that have already been printed.
If a print is damaged during delivery or otherwise does not meet expectations, you can contact us by email. We will try to resolve the issue, for example by reprinting and sending a new copy when appropriate.
Orders are placed online only; we do not offer any drop-in ordering at our physical office. We normally print Monday to Friday and also on Sundays.
Yes - we reserve the right to refuse print jobs where the content may be offensive, or where we suspect the content may be illegal or used for illegal activities.
Printedo collects, stores and processes the personal data and files that customers share when placing an order. This includes name, address, email, phone number, as well as any personal data contained in uploaded files. This data is collected solely for the purpose of delivering and managing the order requested by the customer.
Printedo is responsible for the processing of this personal data. Uploaded files are stored in the system for a maximum of 60 days and are then automatically deleted. After we have sent your order, we can delete stored files earlier if you wish. You are always welcome to contact us at info@printedo.eu if you want to know what data we have stored about you and/or wish to correct any of this data.
