If you have a different format, you can use one of these free tools to convert to PDF:
Reduce PDF size
If your PDF is large, you may need to reduce the size before it is uploaded to us. Here are some methods we recommend:
Compress online
Use free services like Smallpdf or iLovePDF. Upload your file and follow the instructions. Please check that the file is correct before uploading it to us.
Use PDF program
In Adobe Acrobat, you can go to File > Compress file.
Customize images
Reduce the resolution of images when creating or editing the PDF. Please save images in JPEG format before inserting them into the document.
Export in the correct format
Use "Save as PDF" instead of "Print to PDF" to preserve the quality without making the file unnecessarily large.
Remove password protection

If you have the authority to remove password protection from your PDF, you can use online services. Try Smallpdf Unlock PDF or iLovePDF Unlock PDF. Upload your file and follow the instructions to remove the protection.
Using PDF Programs
